Description Profile You Will Learn

At some point in time, we all realise we want to be leaders, no matter whether we were born with the required skills or just developed a personality type. Some people, however, tend to stick for longer in that delicate, balanced and highly responsible position of showing the way to others, or in other words, making things possible and managing through the toughest problem/solving instances. These people, research shows, are those who find the right equilibrium between over-confidence and underestimated abilities. Put differently, they stick to the middle way, on the one hand avoiding being mislead by excessive trust in themselves which prevents them from learning, and on the other, escaping from falling into the trap of misjudging their core competencies, thus missing key opportunities.

Yet again, and in simple terms, Leadership is the timeless practice of guiding others in pursuit of a goal, destination or desired outcomes. At the most fundamental level, though, a leader is someone who motivates, inspires and guides others toward pre-established goals. This begets the difficult set of questions of: how to achieve this? From my personal, professional and academic experience, there are some straight forward answers to such issues. And even if they often come disguised under a complicated set of assumptions, rules and adhocracies, in reality one can adopt an attitude built around the pillars of Mindfulness which will guide and reinforce the efforts towards proper leadership actions.

In the upcoming Webinar, you will learn what these top Mindfulness concepts are by experiencing research experiments, seeing what other leaders do, and gathering vital information on the latest insights coming from the neurosciences *interpersonal neuro-biology for example, that study our brain responses. Finally, we will use the SCARF model to integrate 5 vital psychological and emotional tips to better understand core values that guide behaviours in the right directions, both as better leading decision-makers and as individuals engaging in a continuous dialogue of the Self with One Self.
