Description Profile You Will Learn

What are the best doing differently than the rest of us? Why are some organizations able to deliver excellence, time after time? Scott Wozniak and his team at Swoz Leadership have spent decades studying the best companies in the world to discover the answers. Scott's research has taken him backstage at Disney World, within the research centers of Proctor & Gamble, and onto the floor of billion-dollar manufacturing plants. Not only has he shared the stage with leadership legend Ken Blanchard, he's shared a couch in Ken's living room.

For decades, Scott and his team have conducted study after study on many topics: from innovation to lean manufacturing to high performance leadership teams. They collect hundreds of pages of notes on behaviors, identify themes, and finally name the big principles and best practices. His team then tests these principles in real companies (training one group and comparing them with a control group), selecting the principles and practices that have the most impact.

While Scott continues to study greatness (and probably always will), he also works as a speaker, coach, and consultant to share what he has learned.
