After all, engagement is not only linked to absenteeism, talent turnover, and productivity, it is also closely tied to the overall Employee Experience, in turn driving Customer Experience, essential for any successful business.

Ask the same leaders about how they approach engagement, and often it is by periodically measuring it, asking HR departments to address the specific problem areas.
